Counseling at Restoration & Peace

Counseling is a space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and work through what’s weighing you down—whether it’s past trauma, anxiety, stress, or life transitions. As a licensed therapist, I’ll help you make sense of patterns, understand your emotions, and develop tools that actually work for you.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

  • EMDR to help you process and move past painful memories

  • CBT and DBT tools to support emotional regulation and healthier thinking

  • Hypnotherapy to gently explore the deeper parts of the mind and shift unhelpful beliefs

  • Somatic therapy to release what’s held in the body through awareness and gentle practices

  • Mindfulness and breathwork to calm your nervous system and build resilience

  • Restorative movement like yoga or stretching to reconnect with your body and feel grounded

Coaching with Mindfully Refreshed

Coaching is all about moving forward. Whether you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or ready to reconnect with your goals, I’m here to support you. Through Mindfully Refreshed, my coaching practice helps you gain clarity, stay accountable, and build a life that feels aligned with who you really are.

Coaching sessions often include:

  • Mindfulness tools to help you stay present and clear

  • Breathwork and gentle movement to shake off stress and boost energy

  • Somatic awareness practices to help you feel more connected and grounded

While coaching isn’t therapy, I bring my background as a therapist to every session—so it’s always trauma-informed, supportive, and focused on your full well-being.

I work closely with early childhood programs to support the social-emotional well-being of young children and the parents who love them.

This space was created just for you — whether you’re navigating toddler tantrums, trying to build a calm bedtime routine, or simply wondering if your child’s behavior is “normal.” Parenting little ones can be joyful and exhausting, and it’s okay to need support along the way.
